8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before delivery: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund
• Force majeure events may be handled on a case-by-case basis

9. Liability and Indemnification

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid
